HOW MUCH DOES IPHONE X COST

It's Friday, so it is time for the Avory Chart of the Week!

The price of technology typically falls overtime right? Not in the case of the iPhone and the reason is simple. Enjoy!

The price of technology does generally go down over time. However, in the case of the iPhone or even Samsung, prices have moved higher. The reason is simple, the costs of the components in the newer devices are much more sophisticated, and that new technology comes with a price. For example, to make the iPhone 5, it cost Apple roughly $200 to produce. Then came the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 7 which went up to $225 to build. The latest device costs Apple $370 to produce, almost twice as much as the iPhone 5. Therefore, while each device has virtually the same name, the newer devices are packed with the latest technology.

That's it, enjoy the weekend! Also, don't forget to follow us on Twitter, Instagram, and the many other platforms.
